Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
PublishFlow, operated by Atelier Marka, provides content planning, review, and publishing tools for teams. This Privacy Policy explains how PublishFlow handles information when you use our website or connect a publishing channel.
Information we process
We may process account details, content and media you create or upload, workspace and approval information, technical logs, and information provided by connected services such as WordPress, LinkedIn, and Meta. We only request channel permissions needed to provide the selected publishing features.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve PublishFlow; authenticate users; process approvals; publish content to channels selected by the user; troubleshoot errors; and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal information.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party channel, that service processes information under its own privacy policy and permissions. You can disconnect a channel from PublishFlow at any time. OAuth credentials and access tokens are stored using protected application storage and are not displayed to workspace members.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to applicable law. You may also withdraw connected-channel authorization through PublishFlow or the relevant provider.
